CANCELLATION POLICY

📆 Cancellations & Rescheduling I understand life happens — if you need to cancel please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No shows or Same-day cancellations will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. If the charge goes unpaid, you will be banned from booking in the future until the balance is paid. Appointment cancellations must be made by contacting me directly to cancel at CourtClairHair@gmail.com
